Material Officer – Level 4
CEVA Logistics

CEVA Logistics is currently seeking an experienced Material Officer – Level 4 to join our warehouse operations team, commencing 19 January.

This role is suited to a reliable and motivated individual who can work independently and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse activities.

Position Details:

  • Start date: 19 January
  • Pay rate: $37.65 per hour
  • Award: Road and Transport Award
  • Employment type: Casual / Ongoing (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • General warehouse and material handling duties
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Forklift operation
  • Stock checking and inventory control
  • Data entry and system updates
  • Use of SAP system for stock and dispatch processes
  • Rolling cable to required lengths and preparing for dispatch
  • Dispatch and receipting of goods
  • Basic housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Working independently to meet operational requirements

About You:

  • Current Forklift Operator Licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Sound knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse management systems
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • Must pass pre-employment medical and police check
